Thank you , Kim. Th e title of the painting is Me, literally having some sort of block-which I have never had...and so, after finally painting something I could actually post, the name seemed fitting. I bought the book "Acrylic Revolution" you suggested, and Poof! This the first painting using the book an dits many creative recipes....Back to my studio...more to come j.
Oh Julianne, I can't wait to see what more you will do with this! I just adore the way you are developing your art!
I had to come back and take another look at this particular piece, because it is so different. But maybe the other series has gotten out of you. This new one is outstanding!
I always find those books helpful with the blocks...either real or self-imposed! :)
Julianne!
ReplyDeleteThis is very different and so beautiful! I love the textures and the colors a lot...and the title is perfect!
The blue peeking through really pulls it all together, doesn't it? The perfect balance...I think!
